GUEST RULES
NO Illegal drug substances allowed on premises. NO Intoxicated guests or visitors are allowed on premises. Either event will cause the guest to vacate the space immediately.
ONLY the RV is allowed to be plugged in on the outside outlet. NO exceptions.
Quiet Time - To insure all guests have a relaxing stay, all guests will observe 10:00 p.m.as time to cease outside activities and reduce noise levels to inside individual RV's to reasonable level.
TWO visits per guest is allowed on premises - (See allocated parking details below)
ALL firearms shall remain in the Guest's vehicle or RV at all times. NO exceptions.
ALL ATVs shall remain on designated trailer during your stay at all times. (See designated parking below.)
Pets must be always leashed and under control. Pets must be cleaned up after. You are responsible for your pet, if your pet causes any harm to a person or another pet, you will be held fully responsible.
The Hitch- In- Post RV Park is not responsibly for any lost or stolen items.
ALL reservations and money paid is nonrefundable, NO EXCEPTION

In consideration for the right as a Guest at THE HITCH-IN-POST RV PARK, LLC, Post, Texas, I hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owners and its' respective agents, employees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any accident, incident or occurrence arising out of, incidental to or in any way resulting from the use of the premises and all improvements thereon, excepting for incidents caused by the Owner's gross negligence. This release applies during the entire time that I am permitted as a Guest on “the premises”. I hereby further covenant and agree that I, my heirs, successors, and assigns will not make any claim or institute any suit or action at law or in equity against the Owners or its' respective heirs, agents, representatives, employees, successors, or assigns.
In the event my minor child, accompanied or unaccompanied by a parent, is a guest to the THE HITCH-IN-POST RV PARK, LLC., Post, Texas I consent to the same terms above for my minor child(ren), and fully understand I am responsible for my minor children at ALL TIMES. I further agree to instruct the child(ren) on all safety precautions and rules stated within this agreement and release.
As used in this agreement and release, the terms "I", represent my person and any minor(s) for which I have a duty of care, that are a guest while on the premises of THE HITCH-IN-POST RV PARK, LLC., Post, Texas.
It is the goal of THE HITCH-IN-POST RV PARK, LLC. for all of our Guests to have a pleasant stay and we appreciate your consent and compliance with the above terms and rules
